Kfc - Kapuskasing

I give the food at this KFC a 5-star rating because, well, it's KFC, who wouldn't rate it 5 stars? However, I was extremely disappointed with the service at this particular location, giving it only 2 stars. I had to wait for over 50 minutes for my order through the drive-thru because they just started cooking a new batch of chicken. Despite being told it would only take around 20 minutes, the long wait was frustrating. I would not recommend this KFC if you're on the road and looking for a quick meal without the ridiculous wait. It's a shame because the food was delicious.

Ordered a personal popcorn chicken meal with small gravy ..16.40 cents....yup. ridiculous especially when if I had used the app (prices are the same as what I seen on the board while in the store) I would of paid under 13.00... wonder why that is??? Worker didn't seem to understand my question all of a sudden. Won't be going

Horrible, always out of regular products like GRAVY???? Food rarely ever fresh. And seem to close on any random Sunday they want and always site closed for maintenance yet not a soul in site from dawn till

The customer service at this restaurant is fantastic! I accidentally forgot to pick up my order, so they had to discard it. When I went in the next day to apologize, they graciously made me a new order at no extra charge. I was very impressed by their kindness. Thank you! The food is very good, as expected from KFC. I appreciate the consistency in quality.
