Coffee Planet - Karachi

Pathetic place to be at. Poor service and almost scam sellers. I visited their store on 30 March 2022 at 05:15 A.M(approx) ordered a few things and left. At gates while waiting for flight i realized that seller has not included Mars fudge cake slice in my bag. I returned to ask him, he first refused then I told him at the time when i was deciding what to take, you had 4 and if you have given me that, how there still 4 slices in your tray? Then he realized he is messing with wrong person and apologized and gave me my cake. Then my wife and kids came to store again and complained that there was a cockroach in the bag on which he apologized again and said the other guy was in sleep he did not checked it properly. Management should train their people, take care of their property, maintain cleanliness and raise the level of the integrity. Stop your staff robbing travellers. Not everyone travelling is having fun and vacation time. Stop making people fool. You guys Made my Pak travel experience a bad start. One more thing, staff member was reluctant of providing the receipt until i told him that i am going to airport manager

Good coffee and better prices than other cafes on the airport ..

Didn’t try any food just cafe Americano. Tasted like regular black coffee.

A place where I am never disappointed. Their Hazelnut lattee is the best. The smallest size costed only Rs. 295.

The coffee was pathetic.Even a nine year old can make better coffee than this.Stupid morons sell sweet water instead of coffeee.
