Deira Karachi

Want to go to a wedding but couldn't go because of city situation so we choose deira for dinner.. that was a nice experience.. must try!!! We ordered chicken madbi and bbq grill fish total expense 1200/ :

Good restaurant with good food. Staff is also very welcoming. We ordered Mutton Karahi Deira special with Naan it was so good in taste. Rates are also very competitive. Sitting area is good. They have separate family sitting area as well. Besides that they also have pan shop where you can get cigarettes as well. Recommended place for chilling.

Taste isn't that great. It's an average restaurant. Perk is that you get to eat on takhts with pillows. We ordered chicken karahi, mutton karahi, malai boti and bihari boti, kashmir chai, normal chai and gulab jamans. The meat wasn't fully tender. Malai boti was the worst ever I have eaten anywhere. They didn't even put the proper masalas and it seemed its not fully cooked. At first sight I thought its fish boti. Everything else was average. Normal chai was better but kashmir chai wasn't. Gulab jamans were microwaved so much that it was impossible to even touch the bowl and spoon for 15 minutes and it did damage the texture.

Open air Dining area. Environment is ok and a kind of Arabic. I have noticed some of the waiters was wearing Traditional Arabic Dresses. The place is a bit noisy because of the road side sitting. The whole sitting area is encroached and the recent KMC Anti Encroachment Campaign will be there soon so they have to think about it soon. The food is not that good. The BBQ was decent but not that much spicy. The karhai was tasteless. The Mandi was not actually mandi but some Chinese rice with a piece of tikka and some very very tiny amount of Chatnies. Overall the quantity of food was a bit low. Food was Average. 5/10 Environment and Surroundings. 5/10

Good environment and Awesome place for dinner.we visited there first time but very satisfied with food and service.Rates r so reasonable..recommendation for visit .
