Olando Kepurė - Karkle

The service was unprofessional, the waitress made a mistake with our order and our kids did not get their food at the end. Further she was not willing to find a solution and waiting another 30 minutes was unacceptable, so we had to leave.

My recent dining experience at this restourant was a mixed bag, with several positive aspects and a few areas that need improvement. The beautiful ambiance, great location, delicious food, and a wide variety of options were overshadowed by the lackluster service provided by the staff. First and foremost, Olando kepurė boasts a beautiful setting that immediately caught my attention. The tasteful decor and comfortable seating created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the restaurant's prime location added to the overall appeal, making it easily accessible and a perfect spot for both locals and tourists alike. The menu at the restrouant offered a diverse range of dishes, and I had the pleasure of trying several items that left a lasting impression. The pork ribs were tender and flavorful, while the burrata salad was a delightful combination of creamy cheese and fresh vegetables. The Pork, sweet potatoes, and the spicy cheese donuts were also standout dishes, showcasing the chef's creativity and culinary expertise. The restaurant's special beer complemented the meal perfectly, adding to the overall dining experience. However, it is unfortunate that the shrimp dish fell short of expectations. Despite the other delectable offerings, the shrimp lacked the wow factor and failed to stand out. It was a disappointment considering the high standard set by the other dishes. The biggest letdown of my experience at there was the staff. It became evident that they lacked proper training in customer service and etiquette. The waiters were often loud, talked amongst themselves, and laughed excessively, creating an unprofessional and distracting environment. It was clear that their behavior did not align with the expected standards of service in a dining establishment. Although the food and ambiance were impressive, the poor service provided by the staff significantly impacted the overall experience. It is crucial for Olando kepurė to address this issue and invest in training their staff to ensure a more professional and customer-oriented approach.

The food is good, decent portions as well. All dishes that we ordered we good , not spectacular but good. Overall I think this place can be easily recommended!
