Café Imperial - Karlin

I felt like I have stepped inside a royal household or something of that sort but yes it's a cafe and I guess it's a historic place. High ceilings and equally royal decor. Food was of course great bit pricey but worth the experience.

Cafe Imperial is an elegant place in the new town. You can feel this atmosphere as soon as you enter. Kind and gentle staff welcomes you. I ordered an apple strudel, a latte and an espresso. We did not liked the strudel so much. It had so much raisin and it was cold. Maybe it was Czech style, who knows.

First time in Prague and was advised to Try café Imperial , We ordered the 4 Czech traditional dishes. Food was ok and tasty except all kind of Dumplings that i did not enjoy coz it is a plain flavorless taste that i do not prefer All appetizers are recommended. Teleci Rizek is super tender As for the desert do not miss the creme Brulé and the Raviolli with pecans .mmmmmmmm

It has a different atmosphere with yellow columns. I have been there for breakfast. I tried eggs benedict and it was perfect. The service was fast.
