Ordered the French Breakfast, Chicken Schnitzel and Egg Benedict. Everything was yummy, the egg Benedict is to die for. Yum yum! The staff was friendly, we waited to get seated and we were told we had one hour only. The food was a bit late, around 30 mins after placing the order, but to me, it was worth the wait!
I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The ambiance, service and food was great. My experience with other Czech restaurants has been unsatisfactory yet the service here was on point. The waiter was appropriately attentive. The food was full of flavour and tasty. The Savoy cafe au lait was so tasty
This restaurant comes highly recommended due to its vintage decor from old Czechia times. The ceiling and decor is unique and special to see. The restaurant serves gluten free options although is not fully gluten free and claims to be subject to contamination. The orange and grapefruit juices are freshly squeezed . The glasses are small, but tasty. We were received by a very abrupt and almost rude waiter who made us feel very unwelcome. Nevertheless the service improved and the food was excellent. We enjoyed the leg of rabbit and the pork loin. In general a good restaurant, dog friendly with gluten free options. Recommended.
Café Savoy is one of the finest cafés that I have been to in Europe. With elegant ambiance and classy decor it a place worth visiting if you are in Prague. We went there for a cup of coffee on the Christmas evening. It was a wonderful experience. I had their special Cafe au lait Savoy. It was milk based coffee with a creamy top and had hints cinnamon and chocolate. The staff there was very courteous and despite the place being a luxury place the prices were very reasonable.
