Great hotel, great location and well maintained, congratulations

An excellent hotel. Tidy, spacious, and comfortable rooms, gym with plenty of options including kettlebells and free weights (had no issue with doing a CrossFit WOD) and free shoe shining service on top of it all. Breakfast buffet had a plentiful deli selection and fresh smoothies. Fresh omelettes and french toast served to tables, just to mention a fee things on breakfast menu. Definitely hoping to visit again!

My favorite hotel in Prague. My stay from start to finish was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. One of the most friendly hotel staff that I have ever encountered. An overall great stay, one of the best that I have had.

The most disappointing experience at a Mandarin ever! Short explanation: Mandarin and I go way, way back. The original in Hong Kong, the Captains Bar there, the MO bar at the second Mandarin in HK. Azul restaurant and the Martini MO bar in Miami, the awesome rooftop bar and Ory Bar at the Mandarin Munich, the fantastic MO bar at the Mandarin NYC at Columbus Circle. And many, many more.
