Feedback gevenWent early evening as we were off to the theatre, so was quiet when we arrived, but full by the time we left, reservation definitely needed. They really care and enthuse about the food, and rightly so, it was pretty wow. High points were the Scallop in congee starter from the specials board, the Coconut Margarita cocktails, and the Sea salt sponge cake. Sea bass in the banana leaf really good too, as were the Po Bao oyster bun and Crispy sesame chicken which I think are staples of their menu.
We had a lovely time in this restaurant. We went for the tasting menu, and I was positively surprised with the generous quantity of each plate. I went for the vegetarian one, and It was really tasty and original. The service is great, they were taking the time to describe each plate and were advising us on the wine too. I recommend!
We had grilled chicken satay lillit lemongrass skewers, general tso’s crispy sesame chicken and slow cooked beef rendang with coconut. Absolutely fantastic! Especially the beef rendang was extremely tasty. Could eat it every day! : On top of that the staff is very friendly. Will go back for sure!
We like crispy duck! roast pork was tasty but salty. tempeh was so so. the service was very good!
