Restaurace Vítkova Hora - Karlovy Vary

I accidentally posted a review from March on Hotel Vítkova Hora, so I 'm writing it here again for Restairac Vítkova Hora: Mom planned to celebrate her 70th birthday here in March with 7 other family members. She reserved a specific table for dinner about a month in advance. Unfortunately, she relied on the fact that the reservation was valid, which was even more of a surprise when they arrived on the day of the party to find that the restaurant was being carpeted and the reserved table and bench had been dismantled. The staff didn 't even apologize, but they were offered another table in the middle of the half-dismantled room. The food was probably not cooked by a professional chef, it was not seasoned, the pork doll was not cleaned from the membranes, which all together spoiled the atmosphere of the entire celebration. My parents used to go there for coffee, but they don 't go there anymore. A great place with potential, but the incompetent management of the business absolutely fails to capitalize on it. And I see in the reviews that bad experiences keep appearing, so this one is just up to the mark . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very good cuisine, friendly and nice service. However, the waiting time is usually very long. The view from the hotel/restaurant over Karlovy Vary is better than at the expensive Diana Tower! Is recommended. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
