Feedback gevenAs a long-standing Thai fan and Mookata lover, I was of course particularly excited about a Mookata restaurant in Germany. there was a good introduction to the use of the grill and all ingredients were explained directly at the buffet. The quality of all ingredients is absolutely top and above all the different self-made dipsoßen are a dream. Conclusion:Absolute super nice service.Fleisch, squid, prawns, sweet and crumbled absolutely fresh, always enough filled up and all in top quality. the various types of meat are totally deliciously marinated, partly better than in Thailand.Lovely detailed equipment, who likes also typical Asian on the floor with comfortable three-size cushions and mats. We're all coming back.
We celebrated a birthday in mookata. we were there with an old mixed group, from 14-75. everyone tasted it super. the service was extremely friendly and courteous, the chefin a super nice and dedicated woman. we all had a table-grill for the first time and were all young women in this area. the chefin personally gave us the instruction in the table grims. the variety was breathtaking, for all tastes, something about it, from bark, to chicken and seafood, was all about what the heart desires. even vegetarians are not too short here.
We were in the mookata for our company party. everyone who reads the address, knows it's not in the center of karlsruhe- which is not so bad at all. Today everyone has a navi !nun to the local, a typical traditional next-room in thaistyl. already at the reservation we were kindly informed about it - next room thai !after a very kind instruction that everyone understood it was going on. Just as on the hompage the concept of mookata is described, everyone may be eating directly at the table. (so no cook in this local ) this makes the mokata what some people do not understand. There were several kinds of meat marinated differently. the chefin, was long in thailand and has learned to produce really extraordinary marinades there. meat, fish, garnel usw. the foods were all really fresh and also excellent in taste. besides many different marinated sorts meat and fish, there is also a large selection of vegetables. The All-you-can-eat buffet for 25,00 € is really rich. After eating the hammer dessert.....chocolate fondue with fresh fruit!Mookata is a local one that you can recommend to your friends at any time and also should.A big lob to the chefin and her coworker. great concept, great implemented at any time.
I cannot really understand how some people can rate this restaurant with 5 stars. the restaurant is quite far outside the carlsruher city and not easy to find, therefore I can only put to the heart those who decide to do this restaurant, the navigation system not to forget. In the near future, the restaurant does not make a really serious impression from the outside, it acts as if you go to an older house that was converted more or less into a restaurant on the ground floor. the owner of the restaurant is not a Thai, it also does not work Thai in this restaurant. the operator had told us that she had lived in Thailand and Australia for a few years, and that she had come to the idea, so invite. Overall, I find that the entire load, as well as the owner and her man (who is also there and German is) convey a certain ballermann atmosphere, but is my personal impression. The whole thing is going to be done so that you can work from the owner. cook in hot water (as can be seen on the pictures). there are like on the photos to see bark meat, pork, huh (the meat was inlaid), sweet, and still a few other things but really nothing special, what 25 euro per head justifies. the plate above the water not really warm so it took forever until the meat was fried, through the vault, the meat is also more often into the water or the sweet broth (the water will be relatiw fast ne nice broth, as you throw everything possible to cook pure) please what has a bit of annoyed me. with several people it is also a bit too close to a cooking pot, here you should insist that every 2 people use a cooking pot. too much, because you have to cook yourself (there is no cook) and the ingredients are lower standard, i.e. there are only champignons as piltz. And in addition, there are also drinks that means that you are fast at 35 euros and more. I just don't give a menu of what I've described, from which you can order food, and 25 euro if you think the operators don't have to set a chef is already the hammer. you have to make clear what you pay in a good Thai restaurant if you want to spend a lot of money, rarely more than 18 - 21 euro and then you really have Thai atmosphere.
We were at 4 in December 13 eating there (of course in the traditional next room;)) and you can really say the herrings bring their crafts! there were several kinds of meat different marinated. partly with truly extraordinary marinades. the foods were all really very fresh and also excellent from the taste. the food was spread over 2 buffets where you can fill the plate. these plates are then taken with the table together with the sauces. they were mostly self-made. clear, soy sauce really doesn't have to be self-made. on the table is the hotpot. this was just prepared at our arrival and was then when we were ready to start. (we also had a table reserved, if you don't do it it probably takes a little longer) the coal has kept the heat about 2.5 hours. as a dessert, you can still dive in the chocolate fountain. (this is on the buffet, which is then taken back to the table) everything in all it was a very tasty evening and quite recommended. the fun has cost 25€. (you can eat as much and as long as you want)
