Quintino - Karlsruhe

The ambiente is stylish, the service courtesy and eating a sensation. pricely it is certainly uplifted, but who is looking for something special in carlsruhe is right. a reservation is recommended.

We have ordered with friends the dinner menu as a menu without asking for the price before...that's what the patron, who radiated distant cubes, used and very expensive food coughed. the mixed appetizer was full-grown, rod-clamb very good, vitello tonnato perishable and the bruscatta with truffle boring. the intercourse with filled noodle pockets and jacobsmuschels very well, the main dish with very good meat and average tasting sharing of husks, dessert, a type of wind bag tasteless in miniature format. wine card with good selection, service friendly and attentive. for two people with a bottle of wine, water and a glass wine, this cost 180,- € tip....for the quality offered (typical edelite) significantly too expensive

We were in quintino for the first time and had not read any of the reviews before for the happiness: the pasta was excellent, the wine was a dream and the owner / waiter anything but inattentive! I cannot understand how here of chicria or a preference of masters who can speak. everyone knows that in a owner-guided ristorant you have a different atmosphere than in a carlsruher eckkneipe. better than feeling intimidated by it, it would be if you let yourself in and enjoy the evening. Unfortunately, the prices were admittedly somewhat high.

At the first visit very good food, some unhelpful service but still ok. at the second visit completely indiscusable. I'm not going to let myself know that this is a restaurant when you ask for a little more calmer table.

Eating in quntino is absolutely awesome. Unfortunately, the staff is quite subcooled. at just under 60 euro per head I would have liked to have a little more hospitality.
