Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

The music is too loud, the trash bins are full, tables are not cleared or cleaned, and our order is missing items. It seems like there are more and more issues at McDonald's every year.

This facility prides itself on providing excellent service. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Kudos to the management for their hard work in Karratha.

My previous TripAdvisor review was for the McDonald's with the worst service, but now it is the best. Thomas, I criticized you before, but you provided me with the best service I could ask for. Well done, young man.

It is mcdonalds, only with a Pilbara control. eating was ok, not exceptional, also by mcdonalds standards. unfortunately there is additional price in comparison to perth. Honestly, if they pay so much, better to eat somewhere else.
