Universal Chinese Restaurant - Karratha

Four soups all delicious and very hot. salt and pfeffer prawns had a nice spicy. we ordered two and each pair shared one as a escape. the children had chicken fried rice and steamed dim sims and prawn toast also great. mains were special peace...Rice, steamed duck and mushrooms with a great sauce, honey chicken, singapur noodles and sweet and sour fish. a delicious dinner

I ate here tonight. chinese we have ever eaten was simply warm, tasteless very disappointing

I returned to the restaurant after several years and was delighted to see that they were still in business. Although the helpful young man I encountered last time was no longer working there, the manager assured me that she remembered us.

This Chinese restaurant is the worst I have ever been to in my life. If I were the owner, I would be ashamed to associate myself with Chinese cuisine. The food was disgusting and the restaurant should be closed. The place was empty and the carpet was sticky. Overall, I had a pretty bad experience and will not be returning.

The food is good the sizzling garlic steak particularly good. This is a BYO establishment so don’t forget your drinks. The staff are really nice and friendly and service efficient. Prices good so if you are on a tight budget this is a good...option. The only problem that I had is that the restaurant is so dated and could do with a refurbishment and I felt it should be freshened up.
