I bought a drill here. before the payment I informed the barista that I needed coffee beans for filter coffee (coarse grin). but she misunderstood me (as she turned out later) as her English was poor. after giving the barista money, they grinned without grinning my permission before I could hardly open my mouth. they either refused to drill to grin or to give back my money because some 'rules of the place'. I am very dissatisfied with this service and this place. it is ridiculous.
