London Pizza - Kashipur

The state of the restaurant was atrocious. It took an hour to make them a pizza on a monday. They don't have water or ketchup. I mean for what I am paying a premium for? Even roadside pushcart vendors have better service quality.

You don't expect this when you order hot sauce chicken wings.....n instead got fried wings with ketchup.

I find it good and recommended one. I saw in reviews, where some people criticizing their cleanses.. i think we need to keep in mind that it's fast food restaurant.. they have to cater offline and online customer both with limited staffing.. just like others outlets in india or abroad. Considering this i found they're very responsive about their feedback and services.. which I think must deserve attention. It was indeed a nice experience visiting in this outlet. Keep up the great work

Though service and staff's behaviour was good; but the main thing Pizza Quality (tastewise) of Domino's Kashipur is not upto the mark, if we compare it with major north Indian city's Domino's. so it's franchise's issue to resolve and Universalise the taste.

Had the most amazing time here, food was amazing, the staff was very cooperative, place was hygienic. Don't know the name of the two people in the reception but cheers to you guys, and shoutout to Shivani!
