Our Conference Dinner was here. Personally I do not care too much for the folklore part of the evening, and would much rather like to talk to colleagues over dinner. Having said that, it was a good performance! A lot of skill on stage! It's just not my taste. The Raki, wine and appetizers were all ok, some really good. The main dish was a disappointment. The very few potatoes were very much oversalted and I felt so sorry for the poor sheep that had to die to become the meat course. It was chewy and cold and had a very strong sheep taste. All in all the money would have been better spent on 2 or 3 dinners in a tavern.

It was a special evening. A performance by a professional singer and dancers in traditional clothes and wonderful food. The audience was invited to come up on stage to dance, people from all over the world, speaking different languages danced with each other with great pleasure, with great joy and the energies were magical.
