Tammy Anderson and her wonderful team made our high season a great success! the food was delicious and there was more than much to go. we ordered the Tri-Tip ribbing and the crimped grilled chicken breast as our meat and young they were delicious! I am always careful to order chicken breast because it is often dry. not this time! that was so juicy and moist. we had many sides to reispilaf, green beans, mais, kartoffelmaisch, dinner and so much more. we also had heavy hors d’oeuvres and lobster bisque and salat.

My husband and I went to Tammy with specific cakes for our wedding. She did EXACTLY what we wanted and then some!! The cakes were set-up exactly how they were supposed to be. Our guests were overwhelmed by the way both cakes captured our individual personality and bridged them together. We could NOT have been happier with Tammy and her AMAZING creations in design and flavor. They are abosoluty DELICIOUS!! Thank you again for making sure that our dreams came true on our wedding day.We will be calling you soon for a party we are hosting.

We are still floating on air after our daughter’s wedding yesterday. The food and decorations at the reception were excellent and we couldn’t be happier. Tammy and her staff were professional and had everything in hand throughout the event. And with the talents of Joe Maddox with the tablescapes and floral arrangements, it was truly a lovely event that gave us memories to cherish forever. Thank you! Jenni and Brian Russ
