If they forget to put a sub in your bag in the drive through and your return to retrieve the missing sub, and you have the receipt but don?t have the bag in the car with you, they will call you a liar because you don?t have proofof their mistake. They will turn all your future business away over. $6.99 sub and the manager will use four letter words tohighlight that point.

I had a mobile order for 5:20 pm. Walked in and staff was laughing and playing behind the counter and Of course my mobile order wasn?t ready ????. I have to wait an extra 10 mins for it to be made. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of a mobile order.

I got the takeout Cajun chicken and it really was bland. No flavor. They did not put any jalapenos and not much Cajun seasoning if at all. The bread was not toasted even a little. I was disappointed. My wife's sub was ok, she said. I am a regular customer.

What can be said? They STILL do not open the lobby even when every other firehouse in the area has, making it very aggravating to do an online order because instead of just walking in and grabbing your order you now have to wait 10-15 minutes in line inthe drive thru completely defeating the purpose of an order ahead system. The staff constantly make order mistakes, when there'seven enough staff for them to keep the store open like they should. Between this store and the one on Russell the districtmanager should be embarrassed.
