Good food and good treatment from the staff, but far too long waiting time for the food. 1h 40m to get food. A slightly larger group, but not even olives and ham could be brought in faster so you had something to munch on. Under all the criticism. Parking: Larger parking with P-plate maybe 200m away. This pinchos delivers the food to the table, however the order took a long time to get food out however in a party of 7 adults and 6 children Kid-friendliness: It's fun for the kids to go for pinchos, the atmosphere is a bit mysterious and magical Service: Dine in

Too slow, waited over an hour for the first tapas to arrive, and another 20mins for the next order that was placed minutes after the first. As a result of the slow kitchen some of the food was almost cold or soggy in the case of the fries. Service barely acceptable, though it would have been adequate had their been a steady supply of food as is necessary for the tapas concept to work. No pre-filled cold water bottles; had to fill a (not clean feeling) bottle myself from a tap, as well as retrieve it, along with glasses (of which only 2 clean ones were available) and plates. No soap in the toilets. It was not a busy evening, with maybe half of the tables occupied. In summary, unacceptable, and not recommended.
