The Tristan Hotel and Spa restaurant is modern, elegant and offers excellent service. The menu offers the following vegan dishes: two soups, one salad and three main dishes. The tomato soup was thick and delicious. The Kichererbsenburger was delicious but too soft to stay in the bungalow. We talked to the cook, and he said they will renew the recipe to solidify it. The felted pasta and veggie dish tasted fine, but the vegetables were tender. Our favorite fish were grape leaves filled with pearl barley.
