Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Lacenterra

The parking situation was better than I anticipated. The staff, including our server, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were tasty, and the place was clean with comfortable seating. Unfortunately, they were out of one of the beers my wife wanted, but overall, we had a nice experience. We’ll definitely come back.

We arrived 30 minutes early for our movie, and our waitress was quick to take our drink orders. However, we didn’t receive our drinks until 39 minutes later, and in the meantime, the waitress was nowhere to be found. All of us at our table had our little lights turned on waiting for her to take our food orders. She finally appeared and took our entire table’s orders just as the movie was starting. To make matters worse, we didn’t receive our food until the last 20 minutes of the movie, which meant we waited a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes for our meals. When our food did arrive, it seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. One of the sandwiches was hard on top and soggy underneath, and the pizzas were disappointing — the crust, which used to be delicious, was not up to par today. We had to rush to finish our meals because there’s only a 10-minute turnaround to get out of the theater. I'm not sure what went wrong today — perhaps they were short-staffed? I only saw our waitress a few times: to take drink orders, food orders, process our credit card, and drop off the bill. This experience was definitely not the norm for Alamo. I hope this was just an off day, but I won’t be ordering pizza again, which is a shame considering how good it used to be.

Have been coming here for a few years now. Very comfortable space, love the preorder of tickets and seating options. They have at seat food and drink services ?? and the food and drinks are always high quality, I'd like to recommend there cookie shake,and their bottomless popcorn ? but all their food is delicious, the pizzas, the chicken wings, the cauliflower Buffalo bite'syum yum yum ???? the only thing that feels slightly tricky is when you begin to sit down in your seat, sometimes you feel likeyou're in an airplane, because the trays don't retract, maybe that should become an option for when the movies Begin.... I'dalso like to request the matcha smoothie with sesame cookie to return, that pairing was heavenly, bring it back y'all???????????????????? there's also a really good Eat in bar and they have an outside patio for if you're wanting to hang aroundafterwards or before your future starts

We visited the theater for the first time, and while the staff were fantastic and the food was enjoyable, we felt the venue could use some updates. For example, the tables should be adjustable to slide closer to the seats. We had booked two seats online in a row where no other seats were sold at the time of our reservation, yet three people ended up sitting right next to us, leaving the rest of the row empty. This made for an uncomfortable experience. We’ll likely stick with Cinemark and Starcinema in the future.
