Feedback gevenThis restaurant provided the worst customer experience I have ever had. Our order was completely incorrect and when I called to speak with the manager about resolving the issue, she hung up on me twice without even attempting to address the problem. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I found this behavior completely unacceptable and will never order from this establishment again. The quality of the incorrect food they sent was extremely poor and it is shocking that they are still in business. Overall, a terrible experience.
The food is always delicious, and the service was excellent.
