Sitting is free for all, and very limited, but the food is definitely worth waiting. Insert your way to place your order with one of the bartenders and keep your ears open as they Holler when your order is in just 5 minutes. Raw oysters are shoved directly at the bar as they are ordered. They were the tenderest and freshest ro homes I've ever eaten. We also ordered the gum, filled crabs, filled shrimps and fried catfishes. Everything was extraordinary! Do not expect to find healthy barbecue facilities. Your choices are fried... or fried, but the splurge is worth!!!
The Kalamari was crispy. The proportion was not large (medium to average), but what do you expect for 5.99?? The oysters were small but freshly tasting. Again....$11.95; so the price was reasonable. They only serve beer. No alcohol or wine. FYI. A decent place, but nothing extraordinary.
Food was pretty good. Very small and crapped dining.
This place is amazing! In town in business and can't believe the a dozen oysters is only $7. Salt and pepper flounder was great too.
It's about the FOOD! It's an oyster bar for Chrissakes! Service and ambience is not what you're there for. Expect to wait for oysters and fried shrimp and what not. And it will be good. And the beer will be cold. It's cramped enough as it is so all you Zagat-Heads go elsewhere.
