Chung Wang Bbq - Katy

I loved the roasted duck and the ribs were delicious. The dining room is small, but they make a lot of execution / delivery. Definitely my fist next time we want to deliver Chinese food. Everything had tons of taste. Very generous portions. Excellent.

The interior is quite small so it can be overfilled when it is busy. The pig bell and the marinated pork were very good. The pig belly skin part was super crisp and a beautiful amount of fat. The steamed cabbage went well and it was very comforting to have some vegetables. The rice wasn't bad either, I wish I had more meat. The staff was fast.

The food here is exceptional, with tender meat that has a crispy skin. The sauces are simple, yet they pair perfectly with the meat. Unfortunately, the restaurant also serves as a storage area, which is a bit of an eyesore while enjoying such great dishes. It's just a minor detail, though, because the food is outstanding, and I really appreciate the street food style that highlights various meats.

The meat here is extremely fresh, and the prices are quite reasonable. This is my favorite spot when I'm in the mood for BBQ pork and duck served with rice and vegetables. However, I find the soy sauce chicken to be a bit too salty.

The meat here is exceptional—crispy and utterly delicious. The cooking is top-notch. I ordered the pork and the roasted duck, both of which were impressive in appearance and flavor. They would definitely earn my 5-star rating if they used real plates or better disposable options.
