Firehouse Subs Henry St - Katy

We had a terrible experience with the customer service. Our order was completely wrong, and we were missing half of what we requested. The soup was just a cup full of potatoes, and the sandwiches looked like a messy pile of ingredients shoved into bread—with hair in it! My husband even went to the restaurant with the incomplete order just minutes after it was delivered, but they said there was nothing they could do to help. We will definitely not be ordering from them again!

The food is consistently excellent, the restaurant is spotless, and the service is always outstanding. You can’t go wrong with Firehouse Subs!

The quality of the food served here has definitely declined. The smokehouse beef and cheddar used to be delicious, but now it's almost inedible—mushy and bland. I'm not even sure what kind of meat it is anymore.

The sandwich was great, as always. However, there was a bit of a wait for the two sandwiches.

I much prefer this location over the one on Pin Oak. The staff here is extremely friendly, and the customer service is outstanding. My orders are always correct, the vegetables are consistently fresh, and the bread is never stale. The establishment is always kept very clean!
