Jar Yin Chinese - Katy

I have tried most if not all the Chinese restaurant take-out for the lunch menu since Covid began. And I must say that this is probably the best tasting, size and actually aromatic lunch menu that I had so far. The prices are great for what is also offered. It does not have the plastic to taste many others. I ordered by phone and was greeted by a cheerful and friendly tone over the phone and repeated my order to make sure that I had ordered correctly. Overall, in any case would be back in the near future for my lunch Chinese carvings!

I usually don't go to a Chinese restaurant here in Houston because they don't have the opportunity to compare what I had in Shanghai. This is the only Chinese restaurant I go (although, sometimes I get Panda Express for simple and large part). I make order once a week, always ask for cooked fish fillets and house roasted rice. They are sooo good and more than enough to feed a family with two small children.

This is a family-run restaurant and you will definitely get this mood... very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. The food was very good. We had the Singapore Flavor Mei Fun, who was delicious. Also the Thai Red Curry Chicken had that didn't really taste like Thai, but still tasted good. food is not difficult; we were full, but didn't feel inflated. Even the portions are massive... we have taken home enough for two more meals. We'll be back.
