Julian's Boudin Cracklins (food Truck)

I wouldn't recommend this place. Placed an order for pickup drive almost an hour and not a single sign of life none of the phone numbers work, just poor management if you ask me. I know holiday just passed and if your on vacation you need to inform your customers so they know.

Drove all the way here for them NOT to be open. Was looking forward to trying, definitely won’t be returning.

Very nice guy and the boudin was fantastic. Will be going again soon.

This place is way better than the best stop Cajun. The cracklins and boudin balls are awesome.

Was passing through town from Tennessee and was hoping to find some good cracklins like they serve in Louisiana. Well, I found it... This is the place!! Authentic and delicious! I'll be back when I'm passing through town again!
