I'm very disappointed. The food was expensive and the portions were small. I ordered ground beef, and it was lacking in quality—definitely a letdown.

The service was a bit slow, but when the food finally arrived, it seemed quite good—at least until I found a woman's hair in the rice. Discovering hair in your food is very unpleasant and gives the impression of poor hygiene. It's important for those who handle food to maintain proper cleanliness, and cooks should wear special hats to prevent such incidents. While they did replace the plate, I didn’t receive any apology, which was disappointing.

Loved the food even though it took too long, customer service poor because it was crowded. A recommendation if permitted do not lower quality of food its better to rise prices.

I absolutely love this restaurant. My wife adores it too. Even my wife's grandma, who was born and raised in Colombia and only moved to the U.S. later in life, is a huge fan. Plus, my kids can’t get enough of it! Seeing my 5- and 4-year-old dive into some chicharrón is truly one of life’s greatest joys! Haha!
