Little Caesars Pizza - Katy

READ REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HEREWent to grab something cheap I wasn’t expecting quality of food to be great. But I never seen a pizza look this terrible. Why does the back of my pizza looks glossy? Like plastic or rubber. I know little ceasers quality isn’t the best but come on man. How do you mess a pizza dough this bad. I didn’t order the thin crust , i ordered a regular stuffed crust pizza. THIS IS AN EMBARRASSMENT and DISGRACE to what little ceasers Stands for. Go there don’t go there.

Ordered on the app at 7:39pm one supreme pizza. ETA for pizza to be picked up at drive thru was set for 7:59. Showed up at 8 and waited for 50 min until I was able to get my pizza. First clue should have been the 8 people waiting inside for their order and no pizzas ready to go. Employees didn't even apologize for the wait and instead acted like this was the normal. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Cherry on top was the fact they forgot the sauce on the pizza and the crust was very dry. Ended up giving it to my dogs next morning and even they were struggling to eat the dry pizza. Ordered another pizza from a different chain which we had delivered in 20 minutes which saved movie night!

Zero stars if I could, ordered online and when I got there the front counter man seemed bothered that I talked to him. Bread stick bag had a hole and I asked for another set. He switched it out but got an attitude about it. Never coming to this location again. Very disappointed. Bread sticks also seemed undercooked and pizza was very dry.

They said I could take the pizzas by 8:00 pm but they made me wait 30 minutes more because they weren’t ready. When I got them one of them was cold and the other one wasn’t the pizza I asked for. Terrible

This Little Caesar’s is appalling. The service is terrible everyone who works here doesn’t care about anything or anyone. The last two times we have given it a chance the pizza has literally been raw. Even the “bread” if that’s what you want to call it either crumbles to powder or is raw to the point it’s stretchy. I will never ever eat at this location again, actually I’m to the point I’m done with Little Caesar’s period. Obviously they don’t care about my business so the sole purpose of this review is to prevent others from going here. YOU WILL GET SICK. This location needs to close and give up already.
