I can deal with mediocre custome service... I ordered online and the order wasn 't ready because they assumed I was going to pick it up at a different location since they don 't make shauffa in this location. They said if you are customer you should know . But it was first time. Shame on me! But what I can 't deal with is bad food. Picked up a whole chicken at 12 noon and it tasted like a chicken from the day before. Definitely not coming back.

Order avocado salad and brough me a small piece of avocado and rest lettuce, plantains frozen not fresh made and roach on food

Their white rice is beyond amazing. It's fluffy and fragrances with great flavor. The chicken was juicy and tender and... the fries were great too. But...the only down side is, each time that I went which it has been about 3 times in all. I asked for lemons but instead was given a whole cold lime. I wish that they would have took the time to clean and slice the lime.

I bought 2 rotisserie chickens and were super tasty. And the green salsa you get is just the cherry on top. My whole family enjoyed the taste.
