Here’s my order: “TOFU SCRAMBLE: Tofu seasoned with nutritional yeast and choice of three enhancements. Served with hash browns and choice of toast or tortillas. $10.75” My enhancements were tomato’s, peppers, and jalapeño I chose wheat toast. The toast came with an AMAZING peach jam. I added hot sauce to the scramble, mixed in the hash and WOW!!!! I am not really a tofu eater I thoroughly enjoyed it! When ordering I told my waitress, who was so sweet, that I was vegan she informed the cooks, who cooked my food separately.

We had the burrito and tacos. We picked soyrizo and substituted the dairy cheese with veggies. They have a bunch of veggies to pick from. We picked mushrooms, avocado, and cilantro. Everything was fresh and delicious. You have to tell them you’re vegan so they will cook the hash browns in oil instead of butter. I was wondering if removing the hollandaise aside and he fairly cheese would make the food dry, as this often ends up happening at places that don’t really know how to make food tasty the sauce makes the dish! But what we got was not dry at all. Taste was fantastic, and portion very large. Staff is very knowledgeable about veganism and has regular vegan customers. Manager, Chris, came by the table and chatted with us about vegan options and we felt like he really listened. Our server was Daniel and he was really attentive and friendly. Kasney greeted us at the door and she had a beautiful smile and immediately made us feel welcome. Great experience here. Bathrooms very clean, and they even attached a weather stripping to comer the usual door gaps. Impressed! We’ll be back and highly recommend.

The pancakes are incredibly light and fluffy, with a delightful hint of vanilla. The hash browns can be served crispy. The tofu scramble is customizable with your choice of vegetables.
