If you're unable to sell all your fresh food in a day, it's unacceptable to keep it for more than three days to sell to the public. This practice is both disgusting and a health hazard. It's time to stop being lazy and start preparing fresh food for your customers. They keep serving leftover rice and beans, and the jerk chicken was dry and flavorless. I understand now why they have a buffet—it's to sell off what wasn't sold during the week. The patty was also disappointing; it had been sitting in the display for hours, and they had the audacity to claim it was fresh. I'm so disappointed by the lack of care for the craft of Caribbean food; it seems like they only care about making money.

The stewed chicken was terrible! The only thing I enjoyed were the beef patties.

Ordered stew chicken and oxtails to go and both came with steamed cabbage and peas and rice. Oxtails were super savory and fall off the bone tender, but the stew chicken was just okay. Plantains were delicious! Portions are generous and the price is right.
