I said, Sir I buy it often. He continued to tell me they didn’t. Finally he figured out it was the Cobb Salad, but it didn’t come with a choice of spicy chicken. Once he realized it did, I ordered and the person with me ordered. When we drove up to the window we waited and waited and waited and no one ever came to the window. No one came to confirm that our order was taken. We sat thinking they were preparing our food. After about 5 or 6 minutes, we drove off. As we drove off an African American female employee came out of the restaurant and proceeded to her car to leave. This is unacceptable and it tarnishes the Whataburger brand. They saw us sitting there and waited until we drove off to for someone to exit the drive thru side door. Check your cameras and it will confirm what your employees are doing in the late outs of the night…absolutely nothing. It’s sad. Just terrible and I will be back to speak with the district manager and corporate.
Hi there, the only reason that I am giving the atmosphere a one star review is because I don’t like fast food restaurants in general. I wish that we could continuously give our money to small businesses and ourselves, but there is only so much energy that each of us have for making ourselves dinner each night or something of the sort. This specific place can get a little expensive, especially if you’re eating for multiple people. as always much love from Houston and the universe.Dietary restrictions: not good for people with restrictionsParking: good number of spacesKid-friendliness: good for familyWheelchair accessibility: good access
Super bad service at night you talk to them and they barely pay attention to you they take too long apart from the fact that they are doing everything but their job
The friendliness is very good but when it comes to whether they have ketchu or spyketchu they are caught and you don't even know the sauce they give you...the manager is an Indian...we already know that they consume a lot of drugs and it shouldn't be like that
The chicken strips are never made to order. I been twice this month and both times the chicken they used on my sandwich was hard and dried out... Also having to pay 42cents for 1 sauce after purchasing a $13 meal is ridiculous. Definitely changed my mind about ordering for an upcoming Corporate Meeting.Parking: Available
