Feedback gevenThis location is 5 minutes from my job. I placed an order at 6:27am. I wanted a pickup in drive thru. The receipt said my order will be ready at 6:32. I pulled in the drive thru at 6:30. There were two cars in front of me. I waited in the drive thru for 20minutes. When i received my order, it did not taste fresh. It tasted like it sat in the window for 20 minutes. It was not hot.It was warm. I asked for strawberry, there was none in my bag. I normally love this Whataburger location, but lately they havebeen slipping on the customer service. I will be contacting the manager after work. I was not satisfied with service today andthe food.
I made a mistake today on my order. 100% my fault: I was at the wrong location for my online order. The restaurant went ahead and made my order and didn't charge me. They saved me quite a bit of time. I really appreciated it and did not expect it. Thankyou!
I came to this location l am from College Station but l had an appointment and l came here and this young lady was so sweet and gave my children and l a wonderful experience Yesica C. You are amazing keep up the amazing work.
The amount of times this location has disappointed me is pitiful. Expect forgotten food half the time. I keep giving them a chance because I love whataburger, but honestly it's a huge let down
I ordered online for curbside pickup to save time, it turned out I had to wait 20 minutes for my order which also was missing ketchup and the drink was also wrong. And it was not the first time it happened to me at this location. Will not come back tothis place, I would rather drive farther to get better service at different location in the area.
