Jalisco’s Mexican Grill - Kaufman

Went to what was my favorite place to eat. Waited around 15-20 minutes. Only to have the people after me be seated before me!! The excuse was that the guy was new and that's why we didn't get seated!! Unbelievable!!

I ordered 10 bean and cheese tacos. I got these tiny street tacos..that would be like 2 bites. I was charged a regular size taco price of $2.99 a piece. I request a refund and they said i should get it around Tuesday or Wednesday. So I'm leaving with no food and won't get my money back for 3 or 4 days.

1st time here , good service and the food is not overpriced during lunch time. I recommend 100

Chicken Fajitas and Enchiladas were delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly and attentive. This place never disappoints!

This restaurant is AMAZING! Food AND service! We go to DFW often and we plan our trip to always include stopping and eating here. Plus we always order a second meal to take home! Today our sweet server was Norma! She's the best ever! We will ask for her again!
