Quiet, lush Georgian cuisine cafe/restaurant, with mostly delicious food, pleasant service and somehow slow type of cooking and serving. Large and tasty chinkali (a kind of noodles; much bigger and rich in taste than Russian pjelmeni and much less spicy than Chinese tone), great balance of taste in harchos soup, classics of hachapuri and shashlik, which is boiled in a proper Georgian way (not dry and small parts with rice as used in Lietuva). What is not good is Lulja Kebab, something too dry and does not serve well. The Georgian wine is delicious and good value. An interior is something out of fashion, but this is not a problem if you are not Instagram addict.
Wine Club Vitis Vinifera shows the greatest respect for Georgian restaurant Khinkalnya in Kaunas for the choice of Georgian wines, for their authentic taste and for the decent price. Recommended by Vitis Vinifera.
Loved the food, much better Georgian place then in downtown. Amazing food and much cheaper. Really good place to eat when you are hungry in the evening
Very good meals, when you want to get away from common fast food and see some cultural variety; friendly advice, its prices are above average
