南大塚駅入口の交差点付近にいつの間にか出来てた一風堂…まぁ、たまには…と思い訪店。 久しぶりの豚骨ラーメンでした。 豚骨ラーメンにハーフ餃子と半チャーハンのランチセットみたいなのにチャーシュー二枚とキクラゲトッピングでお願いしました。 もやしの辛味和えみたいなのが置かれてコレは入れるのかな？… その他の高菜や紅生姜は毎に頼むやつ…コレは面倒。 時勢柄仕方ないんですけどね。 豚骨ラーメンは相変わらず美味い。 でもチャーシューは透ける程薄くて、二枚トッピングしたのにこの感じは残念… 餃子は本来一人前が10個らしいが、一口サイズで小さいので普通の5個出した方がいいです。 チャーハンも味は美味い。 まぁ、大手チェーン店ですからね。 飛び抜けた事を求めるこちらが悪いんでしょうけど、可も無く不可も無くといったところ。

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the tables would be stocked with ingredients like bean sprouts, pickled ginger, spicy Takana mustard greens, and garlic for customers to freely add as toppings. Of course, you can order extra noodles (kaedama), and even though they’re the same “firm” texture, the extra noodles tend to be even firmer. When I’m in the mood, I end up ordering more than three servings, which can drive the total close to 2000 yen, but it’s hard to resist. There was a time when they tested a plant-based version of their "Akamaru" ramen, and I was impressed by how similar it tasted to the original. However, I think they struggled with the soy meat char siu. To be honest, as I’ve gotten older, I’ve started to experience stomach issues when eating tonkotsu ramen or ramen with a lot of back fat. I guess it's what people call "fat sensitivity." It seems quite a few people struggle with this, so I wish they offered a plant-based broth option. I believe it would be a good idea to allow for partial substitutions. After doing a bit of research, I found out that this option is currently available exclusively at the Lumine Est Shinjuku location.

Original) 夕食を食べるために久しぶりに訪問しました。 中途半端な時間だったためか、店内はガラガラでした。 こちらの椅子は、背もたれがない形なので、ちょっと寛げないかな？ 店員さんもちゃんと働いている人とそうでもなさそうな人がいて、誰か分かりませんが、大声で話をしていたので、あづましくなかったです。 店内で大声を出す人って、世の中に自分たちだけしかいないって思っているのでしょうか？是非無人島でお願いしたいです。 野菜赤丸を食べました。赤丸新味を食べたのは、いつ以来だろう？たいてい白丸本味を食べていたので、ちょっと新鮮でした。でも、やっぱりインパクトに欠ける気がします。昔は美味しくて好きだったんですが、今は一蘭の方が断然美味しく感じます ゞ それにしてもラーメンが高くなりましたね！
