Country Style - Kawartha Lakes

Well here we go. The gentleman, Jay, is a great guy who works at the ultramar. Unfortunately he gets all the flack regarding the woman who works at the country style. She is extremely rude. This morning my husband went to country style to buy coffee for us and our guests, so 4 coffees, and she said to my husband ?why are you buying so many coffees?? Not her business so my husband replied ?because there is 4 of us who want coffee.? She then turned to the line up and said ?you are all going to have to wait, he drank all the coffee? what a great way to start our day. Very inappropriate for a customer service job. This is not the first just the newest problem with this country style. Love the gas station employees. This one woman has got to go. We want Sue back.

Rudest woman made my sandwich. She had poor customer service skills and definitely hated her job. Won?t be getting a sandwich from there if she?s working. Also very cheap with the toppings.

Lady working there this morning was beyond rude.... when I approached the counter she asked if I wanted food or just a coffee, when I stated I was getting a sandwich she rolled her eyes and said she had to go outside first to put her cigarette out... I had her serve me several months ago and it was a very similar experience. I will never be returning to this location and it?s a shame as I live close by.

I have to say last weekend I stopped for gas tea and donuts and the employee Tammy at the country style was so pleasant and friendly. She offered quick excellent customer service and was a pleasure
