No complain here on the food or decor. the food was well prepared and cooked for perfection (after taco bell standards). the service was friendly and attentive. the signage should be better, however, as it was difficult to see the location while it goes past, as it is on the cellar level and it is only a small sign at a corner of the building.
The taco bell is so much better than the other is shibuya. much cleaner and better prepared eating. the only strange thing about taco bell is japan that the taco sauce is different, and it is put into the eating. they have to choose the soße when ordering. I would rather have a salsa/sauce bar, or just the regular packages as they have in the usa. the personal here is super and hard working. I hope this place gets more clench, because I don't want to see it disappears.
This was my first visit to this taco bell, since I was in the dogenzaka some time ago. the decor is so beautiful, but the rest was dirty and small. eating was hot, so delicious and was prepared in a reasonable time. I was there early, so the restaurant was almost empty. it was a great experience because I could sit in a standing area. If I could go there every day, I would live in the Nagano Prefecture.
Located in the basement, once inside it was comparable to the Taco Bells in America. It doesn't have the same menu, but many of the favorites are there. the prices are a bit higher, but you get a better quality product. If you're visiting from America, do try the limited Okonomiyaki menu. It's a fun fusion of an Osakan staple with a mix of mexican ingredients. The fries are also a lot better than the ones in America, less soggy and more crispy. The cheese and sauces are extra but the drinks are free refills, which is my favorite part after being in Japan for a while. Decor was pleasant but this location was a bit dirty. The awnings were dusty and the restroom was definitely due for a cleaning. I think they were short staffed that day so I hope it's not a regular occurrence.
