McDonald's - Kaysville

Trash. Trash. Trash. Absolute TRASH. The employees, the customer service, the food, the communication. Trash. Waited in the drive thru for THIRTY minutes for 2 basic sandwiches that couldn’t even be done halfway right. The buns are burned the chicken is dangerously over cooked dry. The regular buns are literal dried sand patties. Thanks for wasting my time, and wasting my money because the “food” you serve is NOT EDIBLE

I ordered a 15$ deal. My Big Macs were only lettuce, no cheese. They gave me the wrong burger for one of them, they messed up the second burger they gave to me afterwards. They didn’t even put anything between the top two buns. The laziness in this restaurant was unmatched. Management needs a full overhaul. They can’t even put Big Macs together right smh.

Every single night without fail around midnight, the employees tell everyone at the drive through that they can’t take orders because their system is “updating.” But then if you drive around to the window they are just sitting in the dining room hangin out and not working, making excuses for everyone that comes through to get out of making food. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever. The managers must be absolutely horrid to not care about this. Not to mention every single review of this place is terrible.

Consistently good McDonald’s. Ice cream machine working as is 10/25/22. This McDonald’s is connected to the Chevron off 200 N. Getting in line is sometimes a challenge as your fighting with other cars coming to and leaving the gas station. Expect your order to take a few minutes and be asked to park in a stall until they bring your food.
