Pizza Hut - Kaysville

DO NOT Order from this location! The service is absolutely terrible! I was picking up lunch for my office. However, I did not get my complete order. There was only one person at the store. She dropped my order on the counter and walked away without saying anything. Waiting for her to come back to the counter I called out, knocked, walked out and back in again to ring the bell. Then called the store numerous times while I was still in the store only to have her hang up! Called again and finally talked to someone who was not at the store told them the situation and she was going to call the store. The girl came up to the front while I was standing outside (after leaving to get the bell to ring) and locked the door. I knocked to get her attention. Was completely ignored. Finally the person on the phone was able to get the girl at the store on the phone. Upon talking to her I was told that the she was out of dough and it was all frozen and she didn't hear me calling out or the phone ringing because she was in the bathroom. From entering the store until leaving the store was approx. 25 minutes. I still get the service nor help that was needed. I have never been treated so poorly! And will not be back to this location!

The food is good, and my order was ready when they said it would be ready. The only problem is they were so busy making pizzas in the back that customers were lined up at the counter twiddling our thumbs, simply waiting to pick up our pizzas that were ready and paid for. Prioritization here is not their forte, but overall it was fine.

We ordered the pizza an hour early for a 7pm pickup. I arrived at 6:55 pm and was made to wait for 10 minutes while the person at the counter messed around with empty pizza boxes. When she finally got around to helping me, I received a pizza that had been sitting in a case for who knows how long. It was cold and the crust was dried out. I will never order a pizza from them again.

Came here to redeem my daughter's book it pizza and the customer service was horrible! She placed the codes and then claimed the computer was not working to place an order (as if that was my cue to leave) and then when a buzzer went off rolled her eyes at us without excusing herself proceeded to ignore us for the next 15 minutes while she went in the back. No one else was there. She said she has to call IT and her boss would not be in until an hour and a half later all the while not starting she could help us just taking her frustration of the computer out on me in her tone of voice and body language. Horrible customer service.

Placed a order online for a spicy lovers pizza. When we drove to pick it up they had Substituted the toppings without calling us to ask. There was hardly any pepperoni compared to the advertisement. Very disappointing! We asked them to refund our pizza. They didn’t seem to care as if it was a standard practice. What a waste of time, so disappointing.
