Daily Shake - Kearney

I got a flyer in the post for a free smoothie, tea and aloe. I had no idea what that meant, but decided to try it anyway. I was greeted quickly and given the whole course of the possibilities they had. I never felt overwhelmed or rushed, but got some really great recommendations from the woman who helped me. I tried the blueberry almond cheesecake smoothie (delish, with under 250 calories), the mango aloe and the raspberry green tea. I'm very happy with everything. My only complaint is that I have a new addiction!

They allow you to call ahead what makes it convenient that you can easily work your shake on the way or wherever. The shakes are quite filled and a great, healthy start to your day!

This is my favorite place to go! I always get a birthday cake proteinshake, a tea and aloe shot. It fills me for hours and tastes so good!

I love Stacey! She's the sweetest and most encouraging health coach I've ever had. She's practically family!
