I know my wife and I'll be back.
The last time I visited this restaurant, it was before the covid-19 happened, so I 'm not sure how is it going in this restaurant right now. But, they have really good beef noodles! We also try their East north flap jack 東北斤斜 . It 's also recommended for you to try! And for the drink, they provide tea for free.
A very solid beef noodles dish. The soup very tasty, beef meat decent quality, just the noodles themselves a bit lacking of flavour. But all the fundamentals are there, and the price is very fair.
The broth was quite good, so flavorful and warms up your stomach, but the noodles were too soggy for my liking. the clay pot preserves the temperature of the soup til the end of your meal.
When you come to Taiwan, it’s a must to try their beef noodle and Taipei is flooded with a wide range of beef noodle restaurants across the city. Its common ingredients include stewed beef, beef broth, vegetables and Chinese noodles and each restaurant created their own rendition of this dish. Today, we are here with our food hunter @tejchang to try this Halal restaurant, which is featured in the Michelin Guide Taiwan and was also chosen as one of Taipei's top-10 beef noodle soup shops in 2007. Their noodle comes with a clean broth, slender slices of stewed defatted beef and accompany with delectable sides such as dumplings, potstickers, and pan-fried buns. This restaurant, like many others, too is Halal Certified, making it a Muslim-friendly spot.
