Dunkin' Donuts - Keene

The service at this restaurant definitely needs improvement. The staff is not friendly and the drinks are never consistent, always made differently. It seems like the employees don't care about their job and the customers don't matter to them.

I placed an absurd order for takeout and when I arrived in my commercial truck, I found the restaurant lobby closed and the doors locked, preventing me from accessing the coffee that I had already paid for.

The sandwiches were made fresh and the coffee was just right. The drive-thru is convenient and the location is great.

Not so good the lobby was closed. If I get coffee I also need the use of a bathroom. It's what coffee does.

Visiting from out of town and I will definitely find a new Dunkin to visit the rest of my trip, this Dunkin has the rudest staff when asked to get extra sugar you'd think I'd asked for his kidneys ??????? after paying what I did for donuts and coffee Ibelieve I earned the extra sugar ???? lol. the coffee also tastes like water. Thankfully there's many more Dunkins in thisarea.. I accidentally end up at this one due to GPS error.
