Subway - Kekerengu

Subway Kaikoura deserves the title of the worst Subway I have ever experienced. There was no care put into making my sandwich, with more focus on speed than attention to detail.

I've been here twice and both times there was a lady who was extremely rude! wouldn't recommend coming here.

Do not support this business. I wish I could give them less than one star. My husband went to pickup food from this subway and the service was horrible! The food was fine but the attitude from the staff was beyond disappointing. They were lucky I didn’t come as I have spent over 15 years in the service industry. When I called to complain the woman actually yelled at me! Horrid. Service: Take out

Customer service is no existent in this place. The person working behind the counter was rude after I told him that he had made my order incorrectly and blamed it on me that I wasn't paying attention to him making the sandwich and that I told him the order wrong. He then proceeded to have an attitude with me and the fact he would have to make me another sandwich. If he had just apologised and made me a new sandwich there wouldn't have been an issue, the fact he made blamed it on me and had an attitude led me to walk out of the store and not buy anything.

This was my sandwich with all the salads. Looks pathetic unfortunately. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
