Dormero Hotel Restaurant - Kelheim

Very nice hotel with a great concept. our little dog would never be so friendly in a hotel and could also stay free (which is not natural), the staff is super friendly, check-in and check-out was completely uncomplicated and our room was very well maintained. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the dormero! we will be coming back

Very dedicated staff. because of the pandemic only overnight and breakfast possible.

We would not visit the hotel again ... charm of an older youth hostel ... room neglected ... furniture knocked on .shower unattended ... only the bed and the television had stars level

The hotel looks dirty and down from the outside, on the windows thick layers of spider webs... the personal at reception friendly but not customer oriented. we asked at the repzeption for a baby bed, unfortunately we could not be provided a baby bed because according to the staff at the moment all are defective... from the total impression I would say for one to two nights ok, where I would not book it again that this hotel has not earned in comparison to other star hotels the stars.

The hotel has come down pretty much and the rooms didn't go. the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all – completely overpriced with living and dirty rooms.The first room we got had a semi-developed door lock. also rested on the floor from a pulp. in the toilet the light did not go. in the second room the floor was sewn with glass splinter.The only positive thing was the very friendly service. the nice dame at the counter took our complaining, tried to find a solution and then wounded the cancellation quickly and easily. so we came around the night there, unlike the bus travelers who arrived shortly after us.
