Braum's Ice Cream Burger - Keller

The personal is always friendly, but their chicken sandwiches are no longer good. the chicken club had formerly generous chicken breast and was a good sandwich. now they are clearly smaller and not so good. eis is of course still good.

If there was the option for no star, I would have picked that. Yesterday, Sunday November 14th, 2021 the service was terrible. My meal was rung up wrong and the manager became so frustrated in trying to fix it. Our friend with us took her burger back two times. I don't know who would exactly be responsible for the lack of training in this establishment. You might say the manager. However corporate knows if these locations are staffed and if it's employees have been trained. I understand it's a hard time to get employee's. However, we sit there over an hour and only three other customers and this was during the Sunday rush. Where were the customers that usually fill this place? It might be the employees are not trained and if you're not trained, how can you offer a customer anything. When you have to tell the employee how to make your sundae that you ordered...you might have a problem...

Rude personal and becher were not even remote full. the personal asked about sizes and was simply dismissed with employment. I rubbed my ice and it had a huge gap and partly filled. oh and it was without going to cover. braums they have to do better.

Not a good experience tonight: One young guy working 3 different registers and he kept scratching his curly hair in between scooping ice cream and had no gloves on (i got out of line for ice cream after realizing this). It was a huge mess behind the ice cream counter! It was filthy on most tables, the ice was out, napkins were out, and overall it was a big disaster!

I am amazed how inexpensive it is to take my family here for ice cream. It is pretty good quality and a great price. Plus, they have low calorie options to choose from.
