The staff in this business is rude, not able to place an order correctly and to calculate accordingly. The General Manager is even worse... good 'customer service' is not a value that this location has. I won't be back to this place. The General Manager can't run a business.

Although quite small compared to other locations in the area, they still have a good sandwich. When entering, the mural is what catches your eye, because everything else is the standard red and white color. The business is usually quite clean, and the staff varies from quiet to work with customers. There was a problem with the Coke Freestyle machine on my recent visit, and while it took several minutes to solve, her team got it done, and were very professional about the satisfaction of the customer during the incident. So every little grip aside, they are still my place for fast sandwiches in the basement area.

The staff at this location are rude and have difficulty taking orders accurately and calculating totals correctly. The General Manager is even more disappointing. Clearly, good customer service is not a priority here. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as it seems the General Manager lacks the skills to effectively run the establishment.

I visited FHS for the first time and it was fantastic. While it is slightly more expensive than Subway, the quality of the food is much better, with larger drink options and a wider variety of sandwiches and sides. Plus, the staff provided excellent service. The wait time was a bit longer than I anticipated, but we arrived after the rush, so I understand. I ordered the brisket sandwich without mayo and it was absolutely delicious! I loved it. I will definitely return!
