Feedback gevenHaven’t been to subway in years because it has gone downhill and went to this location tonight to give it another chance and so regretful that I did. I placed an order in the app and mine and my wife’s sandwiches were made with barely anything on them. My sandwich (pictured) had a pound of red onions on it even though I requested less onions. There was almost zero sauce and the cheese was all cracked throughout which is weird. The man making my sandwich clearly put a ton of onions on my sandwich to be a jerk and I never leave negative reviews for stores but this one was insane. They basically stole my money and gave me a product that is a joke. Also, Subway doesn’t have a way in the app to contact support or tell how my order was and so subway clearly doesn’t care. I will never return to this store or subway as a whole…
I wish I had gotten the name of the guy who helped us, he has lots of tattoos, but he was so nice, went out of his way to be helpful, all while working by himself! Thank you for making our day!
Did an in-store pickup through my app. I ordered extra cheese on mine, which I also paid for, and received zero cheese. My husband’s foot long didn’t even have one full layer of meat. Literally. Subway spends so much money on their ad campaigns and not anything paying their employees.
I’ve always had a great experience at this place. Food is always on point with what we order from the app ??
After a 13 hour day, we wanted food that was fresh and didn't have to cook. We came in 50 minutes before closing. The employee was pleasant, made our order quickly, and the food was fantastic.
