McDonald's - KELLYVILLE

Not high expectations but how hard is it to make a burger, 30 minutes is ridiculous no apology just we're busy. Never again.

When you order and pay for items you expect them to be correct. The amount of times I have had to pull into the car park and run into this outlet as something is missing from the bag is ridiculous. The staff need to smile more and treat customers with respect. Disappointing that each time we drive through we need to stop and double check the orders.Not sure how if you ask for no egg on something or no bacon, or no meat they do not take a charge off your order although if you add these items you are charged extra and also if you pay for sweet and sour you are sure not to get it in the bag.

What can I say Mccafe at rouse hill maccas does the best coffee's and chai lattes That's my favourite treat I by pass two other McDonald's to get to the rouse hill one Well done guys

Easy fast service - good quality. Love the peculated coffee served with breakfast only. a good way to start the day!

Not very impressed for the service received after we decided to have dinner with my son after soccer training session. We were expecting something better considering that is a new business and need to build up the reputation. It is a big store and well equipped with the new technologies in place but the most important thing is that the staff is not committed to the customers. We received old and salty chips on our order and not even served quickly. Probably need different management.
